All doctors will tell you the same thing: Exercise is important. For a lot of people it's not really something we do because we want to though. How do you get yourself to get active and enjoy it at least a bit? Everyone has some interesting ways to make their lives more...physical, sometimes, after all. What are yours?
For me, I dance around while I'm doing certain chores like dishes or laundry. I have to do dishes by hand, so I have to move a bit for a while anyway- but singing a song i like to dance to generally makes me feel like it goes by faster, and i actually move around more. I'm not big on dancing usually, but there's a kid's anime that has a dance at the end I just like too much, so even if I just happen to hear a bit of the song, I start doing the dance.
My dad's recorded the song so I can dance to it anytime now...But I don't often play it on my own yet. Gotta work on that.

I don't do anything out of the ordinary, i just do it. Generally during the non-winter months im riding my bike everywhere so i can carry more groceries home. So walking or biking is a staple of my travel.

I'm not sure I do anything out of the ordinary, either. I used to try to do yoga but that didn't really work out so well. So I started working out at the gym which is actually going really well for me.

Grief: It's good though that you use travel for errands and such to help you keep active though! The most I walk for those kinds of things is 3 blocks to the car in the garage.
Nilla: I'm horrible at making myself go to the gym- for a variety of reasons. I used to do a special kind of yoga you can do sitting in bed though- it was created by a woman who was a yoga instructor but was bedridden after giving more than half of her liver away [fun fact, it regrows] in a transplant.
Why didn't it work out for you though?
